Returns & Exchanges
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via our email at email@example.com within 18 days of purchase.
Damaged Policy - INSTRUCTIONS
- Don't touch anything or lift the cup. Please immediately take a photo of the package, showing the damage, and leave everything inside the box.
Please try not to touch anything so OneCup can also claim insurance with our shipping provider!
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org within within 18 days of purchase and title the email "DAMAGED X *Your Name #______ (invoice number)". We endeavour to get back to you within two days.
In the email:
- Attach your photo(s) - the more the merrier!
- Briefly explain the problem
- Full Name, Number, Invoice Number and Date/Time of Arrival.
OneCup is happy to exchange products. We undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 18 days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase.
If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any shipping charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
If we are unable to replace or exchange the returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
