We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via our email within 18 days of purchase.
If you receive a broken item, please keep it original.
- Immediately take a photo of the package, showing the damage, and leave everything inside the box.
- Please do not touch anything so we can also claim insurance with our shipping provider.
- Send us an email within 18 days of purchase with the title "DAMAGED *Your Name #______ (invoice number)". We will endeavour to get back to you within two days.
In the email:
- Attach your photo(s) on the damage. The more the better.
- Briefly explain the problem.
- Include your Full Name, Number, Invoice Number and Date/Time of Arrival.
We are happy to exchange products. You can only exchange an undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 18 days of purchase, however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any shipping charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk. If we are unable to replace or exchange the returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
